Aims:
The aim of the conference is to discuss recent achievements in the field of legal innovations at the international level, including matters such as: use of electronic means in court proceedings as well as current issues, which lawyers face while using new technologies in their daily practice, including but not limited to data protection, access to public information, IT solutions which support lawyers’ work.

During the conference we would like to sum up activities, which aim is further development of the international cooperation in those areas of law. The conference will be an excellent meeting opportunity for professionals, specialized in research concerning e-justice and the influence of new technologies on law.

Besides the main conference sessions the Computer Law Student Association will organize a separate conference dedicated for students and PhD candidates. This conference will be devoted to the issues concerning new technologies’ development, which young lawyers and scientists have to face and will take place also on 21st April 2017 (simultaneously to the first day of the “Legal innovation” conference).
